Apartment was brand new and never lived in before. Leasing agents were pleasant to deal with. Property is situated next to some older style units and our cars did get broken into once each. Unit was large for 2 bedder 2 bathroom. Ground floor location and we had quite a large patio. However, issues with tenants leaving bottles on balcony and allowing them to smash onto our patio from up to 10 stories. Has excellent communal BBQ facilities!

Great quiet apartment building in the heart of Fortitude Valley. Whilst you are in the middle of Fortitude Valley this apartment is incredibly quiet with long term professional tenants/owners. The apartment itself is stylish, modern, has high ceilings and is extremely quiet. Enjoyed my time here very much!
